MattM38 works with a wide range of clients including schools, youth groups, community organisations, charities
and individuals of all ages.

Delivering coaching and programmes which develop essential skills that focus on developing stronger people/organisations for their future fulfilling their full potential. This includes the following areas: –

Listening service/Life-Coaching mentoring service for all ages
Charities & social enterprise coaching/business development support – with particular focus on grant related fundraising and sustainable organisational planning.
Workshops, presentations & public speaking and inspirational events – focussing on social media safety, mental health, self-development & team building

MattM38 is Led and founded by Matt Moreton who for 21+ years has dedicated his life to supporting people of all ages and to reach their full potential living healthy balanced lives.

He has a passion for delivering and supporting the development of “Outcome focused work” with clear “accountability” and “evidence of success” – believing that team-work, trust, honesty, and communication are vital tools – ensuring that success is achieved. Whether that is in developing high quality, sustainable organisations/projects/businesses or in leading healthy balanced lives and these are central to my approach in my organisational development work, coaching and training.

Leader

As a leader in the voluntary sector Matt’s wide range of management & leadership experiences has enabled him to develop and strengthen the skills required to be successful in leadership roles including CEO’s, senior practitioners and managers – with strong skills in strategic planning, partnership working, networking and fundraising.

Fundraiser

As a fundraiser Matt has a track record of writing many successful funding applications including applications of £418,730 from “National Lottery Foundation Reaching Communities”, £87,628 “BBC Children In Need”, £79,410 “HMG & National Lottery Foundation Building Connections”, and £73,682 “Henry Smith Foundation”.

CEO

As CEO of The Sycamore Project I led a team delivering locally and nationally recognised open access youth activities alongside targeted services tackling low level mental health (listening service), loneliness (Connect courses), employability, enterprise and leadership, and issue based services around drugs, alcohol, sexual education and identity.

Influencer

As a social media “influencer” and “event organiser” and workshop facilitator Matt regularly produces content on TikTok (86k+ followers), is an “official creator” and “host” on Likee, and also has a presence on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. He has organised and presented at many events ranging from small groups (5-20 people) to big events (20k+)
